Fleet Indexation Status

Google vs Bing indexed, per site · Bing recomputed 29 Jul 2026 (9am gap refresh, err=0 on every site + live sitemap counts, exact per-URL) · Google = 17 Jul URL-Inspection sample (12 days stale — re-scan pending, treat the Google bars as indicative only). Bing submission dates shown per row.

The diagnosis — two different problems, opposite fixes

Every not-indexed page is one of these. Telling them apart is the whole game.

DISCOVERY

“URL is unknown to Google”

Google never crawled it. Fixable.

  • Internal links from indexed hubs → unknown pages (best in-repo lever)
  • Request Indexing in GSC (~10/day/site, manual)
  • Any backlink; confirm in submitted sitemap
  • adhdhelper, vettedhome, homesandhedge, fitcalcs, datesandtimes, hervitals
QUALITY

“Discovered – not indexed”

Google crawled it and declined. Harder.

  • Internal-link depth + unique / valuable content
  • Domain authority / backlinks
  • Request Indexing barely moves these
  • babydata, trustedinteriors, mortgageexplained tail

Plan — 29 Jul: submission is no longer the constraint

Today's audit compared every sitemap URL against the submission history DB and the fresh Bing gap lists. The 652-URL fleet gap splits cleanly in two, and only one half is a submission problem:

(a) Never submitted — 149 URLs. FIXED 29 Jul ✓ (homesandhedge 47, fundbiz 47, hervitals 22, merchanthq 11, mortgageexplained 11, adhdhelper 8, babydata 3). All live-200 verified, noindex refused, submitted under the 200/day cap and recorded in indexing-history.db. These were mostly recent build-wave pages (printables, checklists, /vs/ pairs, question hubs) that no push had ever covered.

(b) Submitted and STILL not indexed — ~262 URLs. Resubmission is exhausted. ltdturnaround 70, mortgageexplained 81, adhdhelper 49, fundbiz 47, trustedinteriors 30, datesandtimes 20, fitcalcs 14, peptideclear 8, homesandhedge 2. Bing has these URLs and is choosing not to index them. A third ping is churn — the lever is internal links from indexed hubs + external authority (the FLEET_INBOX P1 linking handover).

Money sites are done: MI 99.9%, MHQ 99%, peptideclear 98%, babydata 94%, fundbiz 81% and climbing. Stop indexation effort there; the constraint is ranking.

Standing rule holds: index-first, never re-index the already-indexed. New rule from today: never re-ping a URL that has already been submitted twice and not indexed — file it to the links lane instead.

adhdhelper (your question): not a penalty — pure discovery on a zero-backlink young site. The one GSC “noindex” flag is /site-index/, correctly excluded. · kartapay excluded (paused). · Google %s are 20-URL sample extrapolations; Bing counts are exact per-URL.
